• Ballpark Signup - Sign up at Guest Services while you're at the Tuesday, May 26 Mud Hens game to try and win tickets!
• Online Signup - Fill out the form below for a chance to win tickets!

Please fill out and submit the form below to have your name entered into a random drawing to receive two free tickets to the May 27th Bret Michaels Rock of Love Bus Tour show at The Omni. The Omni is located at 2567 W. Bancroft in Toledo. The show is all ages and doors open at 6 p.m. A winner will be drawn at noon on Tuesday, May 26 and notified by phone/e-mail. Good luck!
