New Menu Additions for 2009

• WALLEYE BITES - Tender bite size pieces of fresh Walleye deep fried until golden brown. Served with home made tartar sauce and lemon wedges. Available for order in the Suites

• STROMBOLI
  • Italian Sausage & Pepperoni - Italian sausage, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese rolled inside of fresh pizza dough and baked golden brown, then brushed with butter and dusted with parmesan cheese. Served with a side of pizza sauce for dipping. Served at Brick Oven Pizza on Suite Level
  Philly Steak - Seasoned Philly steak, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, onions, and peppers rolled inside of fresh pizza dough and baked golden brown, then brushed with butter and dusted with parmesan cheese. Served with a side of au jus for dipping. Served at Brick Oven Pizza on Suite Level
  
• FUNNEL CAKE FRIES - Funnelicious pastry sticks made from the same great funnel cake batter and deep fried until golden brown. Available plain or tossed in powdered sugar with a side of hot fudge sauce for dipping. Served at Toledo Treats


• PRETZEL POPPERS
• Sweet Cream Cheese - Bite size soft pretzel treats filled with sweet cream cheese and topped with cinnamon sugar. Served at Hen House Eats on the Suite Level and Portable Cart in Section 106.
• Pizza - Bite size soft pretzel treats filled with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. Served at Hen House Eats on the Suite Level and Portable Cart in Section 106.

• MUDDY BURGER - 1/3lb. grilled Black Angus beef burger topped with Muddy Dog popular chili sauce, cheddar cheese, and onions on a fresh Kaiser bun. Lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayonnaise are available upon request. Burger can be made into a combo with fries and cole slaw. Served at Gilhooley's Grill.

• BacHen BURGER - 1/3lb. grilled Black Angus beef burger topped with crispy strips of bacon and American cheese on a fresh Kaiser bun. Lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayonnaise are available upon request. Burger can be made into a combo with fries and cole slaw. Served at Gilhooley's Grill.



• "BRING THE CHEDDAR" BURGER - 1/3lb. grilled Black Angus beef burger topped with sharp cheddar cheese sauce and grilled onions on a fresh Kaiser bun. Lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayonnaise are available upon request. Burger can be made into a combo with fries and cole slaw. Served at Gilhooley's Grill.



• STANLEY'S MARKET SMOKED POLISH - Stanley's original kielbasa slow smoked with 100% hickory hardwood, then grilled and served on a fresh bun. Sauerkraut is available upon request. Served at Hen House Eats, Triple Play Grill, Home-Run Hot Dogs.

• STANLEY'S MARKET KIELBASA KLASSIC - Stanley's famous North Toledo taste hand trimmed kielbasa grilled and served on a warm, hearty rye bun. Sauerkraut and Stanley's horseradish is available upon request. Served at Portable Cart in Section 103
• PEPSI PRODUCTS - Crush Orange, Crush Strawberry, G2 Gatorade Blueberry Pomegranate, Aquafina Splash Strawberry Kiwi, Aquafina Splash Lemon
