The Toledo Mud Hens are proud to announce the Muddy's Buddies Program.
This annual program is for all Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan area children age 12 and under. Applications
for the Muddy's Buddies Kids Club are available at all McDonald's locations as well as at the Guest
Services desk at all Mud Hens games at Fifth Third Field. Here's what you get with your Muddy's Buddies
Membership:
- $1 off kids ticket to seven Mud Hens home games
- Three Free McDonald's Hamburger Happy Meals *
- Free Muddy's Buddies Souvenir
Quantities limited. Available at Mud Hens Guest Services beginning June 15th. Show your membership card at the Ballpark
Souvenir Shop and receive 10% off selected Muddy souvenir items. Limit one discount per visit.
* Purchase of one Extra Value Meal or Premium Entree Salad required for Free Hamburger Happy Meal.
Here's how to join!
First, pick up a membership application at participating McDonald's Restaurants in NW Ohio and SE Michigan. Or download
an application right now. Then...
- Mail application to the Mud Hens. Pick up Membership Card at the Mud Hens Ticket Office anytime, even before a
Kid's Club Game!
- or Mail application with a self-addressed, stamped envelope, to the Mud Hens. Membership Card will be mailed
back within 2 weeks.
- or Bring in application to the Mud Hens Ticket Office and exchange it for a membership card on the spot!

fairness, and good DANCING as demonstrated by Muddy the Mud Hen. I further pledge to remain a lifelong Mud
